Updates to ImEX Online in April include:

• Tasks have been released on the Beta version of the app. Tasks can be assigned to employees and refer to jobs, job lines, parts orders, or bills. They are designed to help you plan and coordinate the repair process, ensuring critical events happen on time.

• Several new reports have been added to the system.

• Updated courtesy car statuses to remove ambiguity and added ‘Unavailable’ to capture miscellaneous scenarios.

• Activating ‘use paint scale data for job costing’ will now also send the corresponding values to DMS setups on export.

• Added RO Guard functionality to the Beta version of the app to allow hard stops when closing a job and certain metrics have not been met or activities have not been completed. To enable RO Guard, turn it on the the shop configuration

• Returns now track the bill that they were generated from.

• Resolved an issue where ImEX Pay payments did not record properly.

• Minor bug and performance fixes.
