This update to ImEX Online features the following:

New Features

• Automatic conversion for images uploaded using Apple’s HEIC format to jpeg to be easily viewed on Windows computers.

• Online Photo Editor to add markup to images without having to download them first. You can see how it works here.

• Offline connection detection will warn you if you are offline before using the system.

• When creating a parts order, the person placing the order is now tracked.

• Vehicle VIN is no longer a required field when importing a vehicle. It is still strongly recommended that a VIN is always included for all estimate to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where jobs could not be duplicated with line data.

• Adjusted costing information for paint and shop materials to be more consistent.

• Fixed a scenario where an unexported bill could not be deleted if it had been attempted to be exported previously.

• Removed the ability for technicians to order parts from the technician console to avoid accidental orders.

• Removed unnecessary columns on the Accounting - Export Payments page.

• Fixed a sorting issue on the all jobs page.

• Prevent posting of in-house invoices manually that prevent the creation of invoice numbers and allow for exporting.
